Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at regalfurnitures4@gmail.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.

EU Customers

For orders shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.
