Welcome to Regal Furnitures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Payments must be made through the approved methods listed at checkout.

2. Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 10–15 business days after confirmation (may vary by location and product availability).

• Shipping charges depend on city, product size, and delivery method, and will be shared at checkout or during confirmation.

• Deliveries are made to the ground floor only, unless a lift is available.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is approved.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

• Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Regal Furnitures is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, transport strikes, courier issues).

• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling after delivery.
